Scenario-Based Training

This is an interactive onboarding prototype that addresses the gap most new-nurse training programs miss. Across three branching scenarios spanning the first 45 days on a med-surg floor, learners rehearse the moments where hesitation is the real risk: speaking up during a questionable handoff, triaging competing demands, and challenging a verbal order without their preceptor present. Feedback maps each choice to clinical rationale, so what's learned is the underlying heuristic, not a single right answer. Designed and built in a single session through AI-assisted development, the project pairs a literature-grounded needs analysis with a Kirkpatrick-based measurement framework — demonstrating a full instructional-design workflow from performance gap to evaluable artifact.
